We are your locally owned and operated, full-service company providing proactive scheduled maintenance, service and repairs on all makes and models of fire apparatus, fire pumps and ambulances. We also offer a wide variety of products for fire trucks, fire fighters, first responders and EMS personnel. Twin Tier Fire and Safety Services is proud to be the Alexis dealer for the eastern half of Pennsylvania and the Southern Tier of New York.

We offer free quotes, vehicle pick-up and delivery with complete detailed apparatus service reports. Our EVT certified technicians are local volunteer firefighters who understand the situations your department encounters. From engine/chassis maintenance, light tower repair, NFPA pump testing and ambulance issues to firefighting foam, turn-out gear, air packs and custom built Alexis fire trucks, Twin Tier Fire & Safety Services is your neighborhood one-stop shop.

All customers have a personal portal in our Fullbay maintenance program which shows work performed, active services, the ability to request service, AND the option to pay invoices by credit card or ACH.
